Greetings Orioles !
My name is Robert Alexander and I'm the team manager for the Pony Fall 2017 Orioles. I have been coaching and Managing for several years with Moreno Valley Youth Federation Baseball. I'm currently serving on the MVYF Board. I have put together this wed-page and side bar links to make the commutation process easier. The Pony Orioles currently have two coaches. Ismael Luna which has coached with me the past season; Ismael Luna has experience as a coach and a manager, and is very skilled in the field of baseball. Second coach Hector Cavantes which in the past has assisted with Practices.

The Team will be collecting $25.00 dollars from each player.
This money will cover the cost of rental of practice fields, lighting for fields, Batting cages, cost of printing names on players hats and Jerseys, drink donations to MVYF, banner, trophies and other team cost.**Depending on amounts collected from sponsorship; we may or may not be collecting additional funds after the season starts but NOT LIKELY need more.
Pony Teams
· Pony division currently has four (4) teams this Fall-2017 season for Pony. 1- Orioles, 2- Nationals,3- Astros, and 4- Rockies
· The Orioles have 12 players. Each team has 12 players at this time and may add a 13th player before games start.
Games
· Games Start the week of September 11th.
· November 6-18 End of season tournaments
Drink Assignment and Score Duties
· Score Duties: The player that is assigned snacks for that game, his parents (Family) will be responsible for the score clerk (Score Board) or Official Scorekeeper duties as defined in the Pony 2016 Fall Ball Standing Rules. Score Clerk will be responsible for the scoreboard. The Official Scorekeeper must keep the official scorekeeper log & pitching count. The visiting team will provide a score clerk. The home team will provided an Official Scorekeeper. For more information on score keeping see Score Keeper Training. See below for snack Schedule Assignment. Players will need to be at fields one hour before listed above game times for warm ups and practice.
· No Snacks but drinks for players. Each Player will be assigned drinks for a game. Players will be reasonable for providing bottle water and Gatorade/Power Aid for the players during the game and at completion.
Medical Release/Photography Form:
· Players can’t play in a game until with form is completed by the Parent. Please sign and return these forms by the end of practice/team meeting tonight.

Fundraiser / Raffle Tickets:
· Each Player will have to sell (5) five $5.00 dollar raffle tickets. Money is due no later than September 30. Team needs to sale over 15 additional tickets. *So each player will be given six tickets
NEW RULES & Notable stuff
· Pitch Count – Pitcher will be limited by new pitch count rules
· Innings will be limited to 3 outs or 5 runs scored whatever comes first
· FallBall will have no standings; no scores will be kept.
· Games are drop dead time Pony Time (one hour and 40 minutes)
· Each Player is required to play every other inning or more.
